- Use Frenzy attack and have War Cry always activated then use revenge whenever available, this enable you to not die on regular monsters and champions. Ignore pain is also helpful if in near death and potion is still recharging. Charge skill with a rune on gaining health is good also when running out of HP.
- Choose a weapon that has a high Life on Hit stat and a high DPS, this will help you gain life as you hit enemies and also makes you a tank when joining a public game.
- In your Defensive gears, I recommend that you set your armor to have resist all elements to 500 or higher. This would reduce most of the damage dealt on elemental attacks to you and have a higher chance of survival rate on champions especially the Arcane Enchanted. I have my Barbarian can take 5 arcane lasers and he can still survive.
- Gems can be set to both vitality and strength. Balance them both and you can get a nice DPS and a higher HP. But you can set it for vitality since Frenzy and Berserkers Rage gives a 25% damage.
- Clear every dungeon and have your Nephalem Valor stacked at 5 then hunt some champions, dying twice or trice is still good and you can hunt them back when you have respawned having reduced their HP or number. The reward can be really worth it but do not expect too much because Act 1 has a lower chance of drop rates for ilevel 63 weapons or armors.
- Skip the champion if the skill below their name "Fast Mortar or Desecrator Shielding Arcane Enchanted" this is the weakness of a barbarian so try not to encounter this champion or if you have a party you may try to kill it provided you have companions that have a high DPS.
- I recommend using 1 hand weapon and a shield since this will give you more armor but less DPS. Even if the you have a low DPS it does not mean that you can't kill regular mobs. You can save potions and also gold because you are likely to have less death with this build.

Surviving Inferno Level Barbarian Build Act 1
Well in this game guide, I'll tell you how to survive the Inferno level on Diablo 3. First, you can not kill every champion on the inferno level because barbarian do have weaknesses like the desecrator, molten, and arcane skills by a certain champion but sometimes a barbarian can eliminate them if provided by a good equipment. Due to the recent update, equipment are hard to find and you can if you are constantly grinding at the inferno level specially on act 3 and 4. Set your skills right in inferno level because you need to survive and prevent from dying as the repair cost for a level 60 equipment is insanely high at the moment. Don't put Call of the Ancients or even Earthquake skill because it would not help you survive. You need to focus on your defense and attack buffs.
